2014～2016年我院医院制剂的生产与使用情况分析

目的分析我院医院制剂的生产与使用情况,探讨医疗机构制剂存在的必要性及发展方向。方法通过医院制剂信息管理系统,对2014~2016年医院制剂的使用量排序、使用金额排序、停止生产的医院制剂及停产原因进行统计,分析我院医院制剂使用的倾向性。结果 3年间,我院医院制剂品种的配制与使用总体呈增长趋势。中药制剂用药金额构成比逐年增加,复方紫红油、姜红活血止痛酊等特色中药制剂呈现良好增长态势。化学药制剂用药金额占自制制剂用药总金额的80%,构成比逐年下降,使用量排位靠前的品种如炉甘石硫洗剂、赛庚啶尿素乳膏等使用量有所下降,3年来呈增长趋势的有复方薄荷脑滴鼻液、氯化钾口服溶液和甲硝唑氯己定含漱液等。3年间停止生产的医院制剂有硫酸阿托品滴眼液、补肾生骨胶囊等6种,主要原因为无法购买到原料、使用量少。结论继续保持现有制剂的稳定生产并积极开发特色中药制剂,既可满足临床患者的用药需求,也是我院制剂生存和发展的方向。

Analysis of the production and application of hospital preparations in our hospital from 2014 to 2016

Objective To analyze the production and application of hospital preparation in our hospital ,and to discuss the necessity and development direction of medical institutions preparations .Methods Using the information management system of hospital preparation ,we carried a statistical analysis of the amount and cost of hospital preparation ,end-of-life preparation and reasons for the cessation of production in our hospital during 2014-2016 .Meanwhile ,we analyzed the tendency of hospital preparations in our hospital .Results The formulation and use of the preparation of our hospital showed an increasing trend overall during the 3 years . The proportion of the amount of traditional Chinese medicines (TCM ) preparations increased year by year ,some characteristic TCM preparations showed good growth trend such as Fufangzihong oil ,Jianghong Huoxue Zhitong Tincture .Moreover ,the total amount of chemical medicine preparations accounted for about 80% of the hospital preparations ,the constituent ratio decreased year by year ,even some preparations which took up the front place in the usage amount list declined ,such as Calamine and Sulfur Lotion ,Cyproheptadini Hydrochloride and Urea Cream .However ,3 kinds of hospital preparations had a tendency to increase ,such as Compound Menthol Nasal Drops and Potassium Chloride Oral Solution and Metronidazole and Chlorhexidine Acetate Gargaris-ma .Besides ,end-of-life preparations had six kinds ,such as Atropine Sulfate Eye Drops ,Bushen Shenggu Capsules and so on ,and they stopped production resulted from the lack of raw materials and low consumption .Conclusion With maintaining the existing formulations production ,actively developing characteristic TCM preparations is the medication needs ,which is also the strategy for the survival and development of hospital preparations in the future .
