| 摘 要： | 采用ＨＰＬＣ法测定复方新诺明片两组含量。以０．０３ｍｏｌ／Ｌ’磷酸－甲醇为流动相,流速１．２ｍｌ／ｍｉｎ,检测波长２５４ｎｍ。测得平均回收率ＳＭＺ为９８．８２％,ＣＶ＝１．６９％;ＴＭＰ为１０１．０１％,ＣＶ＝２．２３％。

| Abstract: | A HPLC method was developed for the determination ot SMZ and TMP in the tablet of Compound SMZ,using phosphoricacid(0.2% triaminoethane):methanol(75:25)as the mobile phase with UV detection at 254nm.The SMZ' average recovery was 98.82%,CV 1.69 % and the TMP's average recovery was 101.01%.CV 2.23% |
