机械通气在心脏瓣膜置换术后的临床应用

目的探讨机械通气在心脏瓣膜置换术后的临床应用。方法回顾分析126例心脏瓣膜置换术后应用机械通气的效果。结果本组无1例因应用机械通气而死亡，出现肺部并发症13例，其中肺不张3例，气胸2例，肺部感染8例，经对症治疗，调整呼吸机和使用抗生素后治愈。结论心脏瓣膜置换术后有效的应用机械通气可使患者顺利度过围手术期，提高手术疗效，降低患者死亡率，是一种有效的辅助治疗措施。
