老年大肠癌合并肠梗阻的治疗体会

目的：探讨大肠癌合并肠梗阻的治疗方法。方法：回顾性分析本院60例老年大肠癌伴肠梗阻患者临床资料，分析其治疗方法。结果：本组60例患者均行手术治疗，其中根治性手术47例，占78．3％；短路手术5例，占8.3％；单纯造瘘术4例．占6．7％。43例行一期切除吻合的患者均痊愈出院，7例肿瘤切除造口的患者于术后3个月行闭漏手术。均顺利出院，4例短路手术及4例单纯造瘘手术也获临床缓解出院，2例死亡。结论：外科手术是解决大肠癌性肠梗阻的有效治疗方式。

The treatment of colorectal cancer in elderly combined intestinal obstruction

Objective： To explore the treatment of colorectal cancer combined intestinal obstruction. Methods： A retrospective analysis with colorectal cancer clinical data about 60 cases of elderly in our hospital with bowel obstruction in patients, analysis the method of treatment. Results： 60 patients underwent surgical treatment, included radical surgery in 47 cases, accounting for 78.3%.short-circuit operation in 5 cases, accounting for 8.3%.Pure PEG 4 cases, accounting for 6.7%. 43 cases were cured after a routine one-stage resection,7 cases of tumor resection in patients with colostomy was closed 3 months after surgery, were successfully discharged from hospital,4 cases of short-circuit operation and 4 cases of a single deposit ostomy surgery also been discharged from hospital clinical remission. Conclusion： Surgery is the effective treatments of colorectal cancer ileus.
