| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨和分析纵向生理加压外固定治疗胫腓骨骨折的方法及功效.方法：从设计原理、结构功能、操作方法出发，并作力学测试、生物力学分析、解剖组织学特点等方面的研究.结果：研制成纵向生理加压外固定器固定胫腓骨而不影响膝、踝关节活动，且肢体部分负重产生的骨折端间断性应力刺激利于骨折愈合.结论：该法体现了骨折固定动静结合的原则，可减少关节强直的发生率。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore and analyze the effect of external fixation with longitudinal physiological pressure in treating fracture of tibia and fibular. Methods: The fixer was made in accordance with design principle , structural function and manipulation. The relevant studies were also made on mechanical tests and biomechanics, anatomic and histological characteristics, etc. Results: The fixer with longitudinal physiological pressure used to set tibia and fibular showed no influence on the movement of knee and ankle joints; in addition, the intermittent stimulation in reaction to the pressure at the fractured part is favorable for healing of bone fracture. |
