点刺放血治疗慢性疲劳综合征32例疗效观察

目的:观察放血疗法治疗慢性疲劳综合征的疗效及其对体液免疫、细胞免疫的影响.方法:点刺太阳、心俞、肺俞、大椎、足三里,加拔火罐10 min,同时测定治疗前后IgG、IgA、IgM、C3、C4的含量和CD3 、CD4 、CD8 的含量.结果:显效15例,占46.9%;有效12例,占37.5%;总有效率为84.4%.放血治疗后C3、C4含量较治疗前下降(P<0.05).同时CD4 水平下降,CD8 水平升高,CD4 /CD8 比值下降,与治疗前比差异有显著和非常显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01).结论:点刺放血治疗慢性疲劳综合征可以改善临床症状,消除体征;并提示放血治疗对异常的补体有纠正作用,对细胞免疫系统有调节作用.

Observation on therapeutic effect of pricking blood therapy in 32 cases of chronic fatigue syndrome

ObjectiveTo observe therapeutic effect of pricking b lood therapy on chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) and effects on humoral immunity a nd cellular immunity. MethodsPricking blood therapy was given at Taiyang(EX-HN5), Xinshu(BL 15), Feishu(BL 13), Dazhui(GV 14), Zusanli(ST 36) , and cupping was added for 10 min. IgG, IgA, IgM, C 3, C 4 and CD 3 ,CD 4 , CD 8 contents were determined before and after treatment. Resu lts15 cases were markedly effective, accounting for 46 95%; 12 cases were effective, accounting for 37 5%, with a total effective rate of 84 4%. Af ter treatment, C 3 and C 4 contents decreased (P<0 05), and CD 4 leve l reduced and CD 8 level increased, CD 4 /CD 8 ratio decreased, wit h significant differences as compared with the data before treatment (P<0 05, or P<0 01). ConclusionPricking blood therapy can im prove clinical symptoms and eliminate physical signs, and correct abnormal compl ements and regulate the cellular immunity system in the patient of chronic fatig ue syndrome.
