加强进口食品中食品添加剂的监督管理

摘    要:本文作者对汕头口岸1992~1993年的进口食品中不合格食品的项目、产地进行了分析,结果与深圳和拱北口岸的资料一致。食品添加剂不符合我国规定的问题非常严重,三个口岸添加剂指标不合格项次分别占总不合格项次的65.0%、54.6%、92.0%,合成色素和糖精钠的超标尤为严重,某些食品的添加剂超标率达100%。提议应加强进口食品中添加剂的监督管理,建立、健全我国添加剂的测定方法和卫生标准,在充分调查和论证的基础上对进口某些风味食品的卫生标准做适当修改。

Abstract:The items and the places of production of unqualified import food into Shantou in 1992-1993 was analysed. It is identical with the result of Shenzhen and Gongbei. It showed that the most serious problem is the extra food additives in food. In those three ports, the rate of the extra food additives in import food is 65- 0%, 54- 6% , 92- 0%. Artificial colours and sodium saccharin is the most problem. Recommended to strengthen the supervision of the food additives in import food, establish and perfect the inspection method and hygienic standared for food additives in use and midify the hygienic standard of some import special flavor food on the base of reseach.
