高血压病患者血中微量元素与一氧化氮含量及动态血压的相关性研究

摘    要:目的:为了探讨原发性高血压(EH)患者血中微量元素与一氧化氮(NO)及动态血压的关系。方法:采用原子吸收法及比色法测定EH患者血中微量元素及NO含量,同时测定24h动态血压,研究其相关性。结果:EH组血中锌较正常对照组(NT)明显升高(P<0.05);血中铜较NT组明显降低(P<0.05)。相关分析显示血锌与动态血压的收缩压值呈正相关,与血浆NO含量呈负相关。结论:EH患者血中存在微量元素变化,其中锌、铜变化较明显,且锌与收缩压呈正相关,与NO含量呈负相关。

Abstract:Objective: To study the relationship between trace elements and nitric oxide (NO) in the plasma and dynamic blood pressure of patients with primary hypertension. Method: The concentrations of trace elements were determined by atom absorption spectrophotometry and level of NO was done by colorimetry. 24 hr dynamic blood pressure monitors recorded the blood pressures of patients and normal subjects. Results: The concentration of zinc ion of patients was higher than that of normal subjects (P<0. 05) and copper ion of patients was lower than that of normal subjects. The correlation analysis indicated that the concentration of zinc ion was related positively to systolic pressure and negatively to level of NO.
