| 摘 要： | 目的观察奥美拉唑联合克拉霉素治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效。方法将150例患者随机分为治疗组（75例）和对照组（75例），治疗组采用VI服奥美拉唑和克拉霉素治疗，对照组采用法莫替丁和克拉霉素121服治疗，4周后进行疗效的比较。结果治疗组4周后的总有效率为97．33％，对照组的总有效率为88．00％，治疗组的总有效率明显优于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论奥美拉唑联合克拉霉素对慢性胃炎具有较好的临床疗效。

Clinical Study of Omeprazole Combined with Clarithromycin for Treating Chronic Gastritis |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the therapeutical effect of omeprazole combined with clarithromycin in treating chronic gastritis patients. Methods 150 patients with chronic gastritis were divided into treatment group （75 cases ）and control group （75 cases ） randomly. Patients of treatment group were treated with omeprazole and clarithromycin and patients in control group were treated with famotidine and clarithromycin. The therapeutical effects after 4 weeks＇ treatment of the two groups were compared. Results The therapeutical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion The application of omeprazole combined with clarithromycin has a good clinical therapeutical effect on chronic gastritis. |
