| 摘 要： | 目的探讨奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨行新辅助化疗治疗进展期胃癌的疗效。方法60例进展期胃癌患者分为对照组和观察组各30例，对照组采用ECF化疗方案进行围手术期化疗，观察组采用奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨进行围手术期化疗。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组，但无显著性差异（P〉0．05）；观察组骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应发生率低于对照组（P〈0．05）；两组患者达到根治效果（D2＋D1）的比率有显著性差异（P〈0．05），两组1年生存率有显著性差异（P〈0．05），观察组均高于对照组。结论奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨对进展期胃癌行围手术期化疗，其术前化疗总有效率、肿瘤手术切除率、根治切除率、患者1年生存率均高于ECF化疗方案，毒副反应显著低于ECF化疗方案。
