| 摘 要： | 目的了解康复护理干预对颅脑外伤患者生活质量的影响,为神经外科临床治疗、健康教育和临床护理提供相应的依据。方法护理干预后采用日常生活能力评定量表和KPS预后评定表对75例颅脑外伤患者进行生活质量的调查。结果颅脑外伤患者经过康复护理干预后,在出院后6个月较出院时的日常生活能力及预后情况有着显著性的提高（P〈0.05）。结论康复护理干预可以改善颅脑损伤患者后期的生活质量,提高其社会适应能力。

| Abstract: | Objective Understanding of rehabilitation nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with craniocerebral trauma of sugar,for neurosurgery clinical treatment,health education and provide a basis for clinical care.Methods The 75 cases whose nursing interventions were invested by activities of daily living rating scale and the KPS outcome assessment form.Results The capacity of the daily life of traumatic brain injury patients after a rehabilitation intervention,who have significantly improved（p0.05）.Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with post-traumatic brain injury can improve the quality of life,improve their social adaptability. |
