腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠并发症原因分析与预防

目的分析腹腔镜异位妊娠手术并发症原因及其预防。方法回顾性研究分析405例腹腔镜异位妊娠并发症情况。结果本研究中妇科腹腔镜手术并发症发生率为3．21％（13／405）。其中皮下气肿5例，发生率1．23％；切口处腹壁血管损伤3例、肺水肿3例，发生率均为0．74％；2例术后出现腹壁淤血，发生率0．49％。结论腹腔镜异位妊娠手术已广泛应用于临床，其并发症在可控范围之内。临床医生应该严格掌握手术适应证，不要忽视并发症的发生。

Prevention and Analysis of Complications of Laparoscopic Ectopic Pregnancy Surgery

Objective To assess the complication after laparoscopic ectopic pregnancy （EP） surgery. Methods 405 patients performed with laparoscopic procedures were recruited, their complications after the surgery were analyzed. Results The complication rate of patients after the surgery was 3.21% （ 13/405 ）. Out of these patients, five eases （ 1.23% ） were complicated by emphysema diseases, three cases （ 0.74% ） were vascular injuries, three cases （ 0.74% ） were pneumonedema, two cases （ 0.49% ） were abdomen blood stasis. Conclusion Laparoscopie ectopic pregnancy （ EP ） surgery is widely applied for managing various gynecologic diseases and has an acceptable complication rate. However, the operative indications of laparoscopy should be strictly understood, and complications associated with should not be underestimated and neglected.
