TMD患者偏侧咀嚼与下颌骨对称性的研究

目的：研究颞下颌关节紊乱病（TMD）患者偏侧咀嚼（UM）与下颌骨对称性的关系。方法：选UM的TMD患者118例,在下颌骨曲面断层片上对UM侧及健侧的下颌体、开支、下颌骨全长及下颌角角度进行测量分析。结果：两级下颌体、开支长度无显著性差异（P＞0.05）;UM侧下颌骨全长大于健侧,下颌角角度小于健侧（P＜0.05）。结论：UM可使下颌骨对称性发生改变,引起患侧下颌骨代偿性增大,其增大总量为下颌升支、下颌体及下领角共同分担。

STUDY OF MANDIBULAR SYMMETRY IN CASES OF MD WITH UNILATERAL MASTICATION

To investigate the mandibular symmetry in cases of temporomandibular disorders (TMD) with unilateral mastication(UM). Methods: 118 cases of TMD with UM were chosen, the length of bilateral mandibular rami, bodies, full mandible and the angle of bilateral mandibular angles on the pantomographies were measured and statisticly analysed. Results: There are no significant differences between the length of UM side and normal side of mandibular rami and bodies(P>0. 05). The length of full mandible in UM side is longer than that in normal side(P<0.05). The angle of mandibular angle in UM side is smaller than that in normal side(P<0. 05). Conclusion: Unilateral mastication can result in compensatory mandible hyperPlasia. The full hyperPlasia are shared by mandibular rami, bodies and an gles together.
