| 摘 要： | 用ELISA法测定慢性肾炎患者血清sIL-2R、IL-6水平,观察黄芪精对患者血清sIL-2R、IL-6的影响及疗效。结果示:慢性肾炎患者sIL-2R、IL-6显著高于正常人(P<0.05,P<0.01),黄芪精加常规治疗可显著降低患者血清sIL-2R水平(P<0.01,P<0.01)且其疗效明显优于常规治疗。表明:黄芪可降低肾炎患者血sIL-2R、IL-6水平,同时可提高其疗效。 |

| Abstract: | By using ELISA, the levels of soluble interleukin-2 recepter (sIL-2R) and interleukin-6( IL-6) were measured in primary chronic glomerulonephritis (CGN) patients, and the effect of Astragale jing oral liquid on the levels of sIL-2R and IL-6 in CGN patients was also observed. The data showed: sIL-2R and IL-6in CGN patients were all significantly higher than normal (P <0.05. P<0.01), Astragale jing oral liquid may reduce the levels of sIL-2R and IL-6 in CGN patients (P<0.01,P<0.01), and also have better therapeutic effect. The result suggested that Astragale may reduce the levels of sIL-2R and IL-6 in CGN patients, and its curatic mechanism in treating CGN was showed. |
