M2型丙酮酸激酶与癌胚抗原联合检测在乳腺癌诊断中的价值

目的探讨肿瘤型M2丙酮酸激酶(TuM2-PK)、癌胚抗原(CEA)在乳腺癌中的表达特性。方法采用ELISA法分别检测30例乳腺癌患者,23例乳腺良性肿瘤患者及30名健康体检人血中Tu M2-PK含量;采用化学发光免疫分析法检测血清中CEA含量。结果乳腺癌患者血中TuM2-PK、CEA值分别是(25.72±5.73)U/mL、(18.53±15.42)ng/mL。在乳腺癌的诊断中单独检测时TuM2-PK、CEA敏感性分别为76.7%、20.0%,特异性分别为91.3%、78.3%,联合检测敏感性、特异性分别达到83.3%、100%。结论联合检测TuM2-PK、CEA有助于提高乳腺癌诊断的特异性和敏感性。

The Diagnostic Value of Plasma Tumor M2 Pyruvate Kinase and Noembbryonic Antigen Detection for Breast Cancer

Objective To discuss the expression characteristic of tumor M2-PK（TuM2-PK）and CEA in breast cancer. Methods The serum TuM2-PK was measured by ELISA in 30 breast cancer patients,23 benign breast tumor patients and 30 heathy people. CEA was measured by chemiluminescent immunoassay. Results Serum TuM2-PK and CEA concentration of breast cancer patients were （25.72±5.73）U/mL,（18.53±15.42）ng/mL. A similar sensitivity was observed for TuM2-PK（76.7%）and CEA（20.0%）in breast cancer. And TuM2-PK showed more specificity （91.3%）than CEA（78.3%）. In combined test ,the sensitivity and specificity were 83.3% andl00%. Conclusion In diagnoses of the breast cancer ,the combination with TuM2-PK and CEA is to elevate their sensitivity and specificity.
