| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨不同固定方式与导管相关性感染的关系。方法：将359例经锁骨下中心静脉置管的胃癌术后患者随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组181例采用导管固定装置固定,对照组178例采用常规双缝线固定,两组患者的置管方法、冲封管方法等导管维护方式相同,比较两组患者导管相关性感染的发生情况。结果：试验组穿刺处皮肤感染发生率低于对照组,感染发生时间晚于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组导管相关性血流感染发生率差异无显著性（P〉0.05）。结论：与缝线固定相比,思乐扣固定皮肤感染率较低,皮肤红肿出现时间较晚且红肿程度较轻,是一种无创性操作,值得在临床推广应用。 |
