| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中药抗病毒胶囊治疗复发性生殖器疱疹的疗效。方法:采用随机对照方法,治疗组139例发作期给予抗病毒1号胶囊口服,15天后改为抗病毒胶囊2号;对照组46例发作期给予阿昔洛韦0.2g,每天5次口服,5天后改为每天2次。两组均治疗3个月为1个疗程,并用放免法对15例治疗组患者治疗前后的血清白细胞介素2(IL—2)进行检测。结果:治疗组和对照组的有效率分别为90.51％和91.11％,组间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);治疗组15例治疗前后血清IL—2均值比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:抗病毒胶囊是治疗生殖器疱疹的有效中药制剂,可提高人体免疫功能。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Anti - Virus Capsule on recurrent genital herpes. Methods: The patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group (139 cases) treated with oral administration of Anti -Virus, and the control group (46 cases) treated with oral administration of aciclovir. Serum IL - 2 before and after treatment was determined in 15 cases of the treatment group. Results: The effective rates in the both groups were 90. 51% and 91. 11% respectively with no significant difference, and there was a significant difference before and after treatment in serum IL - 2 in the 15 cases (P<0. 01). Conclusion: Anti -Virus Capsule is an effective preparation of Chinese drugs for genital herpes and it can increase immunologic function of the human body. |
