| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨综合护理干预对先兆流产患者焦虑情绪的效果,为临床实施针对性健康教育提供依据.方法 采用随机临床试验对照设计,将入住本院200例初次怀孕的先兆流产患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各100例.对照组实施常规护理,观察组采用综合护理干预,包括了基础护理、专科护理、心理护理和音乐治疗,对2组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和住院治疗效果比较.结果 住院第7d和第14d观察组焦虑情绪评分均低于对照组,治疗效果均优于对照组(p<0.01).结论 综合护理干预可以改善先兆流产患者焦虑情绪,提高先兆流产后恢复率、生活质量及继续妊娠率.
