| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨不同喂养方法对新生儿喂养质量的影响.方法 选择本院足月新生儿97例,随机分成观察组(50例)和对照组(47例),对照组采用传统母乳喂养方法,观察组对母乳喂养进行护理干预,比较2组新生儿的喂养质量.结果 观察组新生儿的内分泌状况优于对照组,血红蛋白也明显高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);2组身高、体重变化情况比较,差异无统计学意义(p>0.05).结论 护理干预有助于提高新生儿喂养质量,值得临床关注. |
