| 摘 要： | 目的探讨食管癌贲门癌合并糖尿病患者围手术期的处理.方法回顾性分析1993年7月～2003年8月84例食管癌贲门癌合并糖尿病患者的外科治疗情况.结果手术切除率98.3%(83/84),术后并发症率14.3%,手术死亡率1.2%,其中吻合口瘘4例,无因手术因素致糖尿病失控者.1、3、5年生存率分别为80.2%、53.3%、31.2%.结论外科治疗仍是合并糖尿病的食管癌贲门癌患者的首选治疗,严格控制血糖水平对于患者安全渡过围手术期是非常重要的.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the management of diabetes mellitus in perioperative period of esophageal carcinoma and cardiac carcinoma.Methods 84 cases patients of esophageal carcinoma and cardiac carcinoma with diabetes mellitus were analysed retrospectively from July 1993 to August 2003.Results The resection rates were 98.8%(83/84),incidences of complication after surgery 14.3%(12/84),mortality 1.2%(1/84),1,3,5-year survival rates after surgery were 80.2%,53.3%,31.2% respectively.No cases was found to be resulted in uncontrollabe diabetes mellitus during perioperative period.Conclusion Surgical treatment is first choose for patients of esophageal carcinoma and cardiac carcinoma with diabetes mellitus.It was very important to control blood glucose to normal level for patients of esophageal carcinoma and cardiac carcinoma with diabetes mellitus in perioperative period. |
