摘    要:
[目的]探讨补肺元汤对四氯化碳所致小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用.[方法]用四氯化碳制作小鼠急性肝损伤模型,观察补肺元汤对小鼠血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)及肝匀浆中丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平及总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)的影响.[结果]补肺元汤可明显降低四氯化碳所致急性肝损伤小鼠血清ALT,AST活性,降低肝组织MDA含量,提高SOD,GSH活性和T-AOC.[结论]补肺元汤对四氯化碳所致急性肝损伤有保护作用,其机制可能与清除氧自由基,抑制脂质过氧化有关.

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To analyze the protective effects of the Bufeiyuantang against acute hepatic injury induced by CCl4 in mice. METHODS The mouse model of acute hepatic injury model was established by the carbon tetrachloride (CCl4), and effects of the Bufeiyuantang for the level of ALT, AST, GSH, MDA, SOD and T-AOC in blood serum were observed. RESULTS In the acute hepatic injury of mice induced by CCl4, the activity of ALT, AST and the content of MDA in hepatic tissue were decreased significantly, but the activity of SOD, GSH and T-AOC were increased by the Bufeiyuantang. CONCLUSIONS The Bufeiyuantang has the protective effects against acute hepatic injury induced by CCl4 in mice, and its mechanism may be associated with eliminating free radicals and inhibiting lipid peroxidation.
