| 摘 要： | 本文报告了对胸腰椎骨折脱位合并截瘫采用切开复位,椎管及脊髓减压,Luque 棒固定一期稳定脊柱、收到了满意的效果。并对几种常用的脊柱内固定材料的优缺点和骨折整复及神经功能恢复的好坏的有关因素进行了讨论。 |

| Abstract: | Since oetober 1986,21 cases of thoracolumbar spinal fracture-dislocation w-ith neurologc involvements has been performed with Open reduction,decompres-sion of spinal cord or cauda epuina,fixation with Lupue's instrumentanion。all the patients were followed up fron 3 months te 4 years,and satisfactonyresultc were attained Clinical results showed that lupue's rod was betterthn.other internal fixation materials in the aspeet of anti-twisting and antibend-ing.reduing the fracture and dislocation,recovering the spinal canal diametetrelieving the spinalcord compression the fixation materials are discussed in thepaper. |
