急性高眼压模型对兔眼部组织血流的影响

目的探讨眼压变化对眼部各组织血流变化的影响。方法前房穿刺灌注法建立急性兔眼高眼压模型并使眼压升高到40 mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa),采用微球技术测量正常及眼压升高后30 min、60 min、90 min以及150 min时虹膜、睫状体及脉络膜血流。结果高眼压状态下虹膜血流变化不明显,而睫状体及脉络膜血流明显降低(P0.05),且随时间延长血流仍有下降(P0.05)。结论高眼压对眼部睫状体及脉络膜血流有明显降低作用,不同组织的微循环在高眼压状态下有不同的改变。

Effect of acute high intraocular pressure on the rabbit ocular blood flow

OBJECTIVE To study the effect of changes of intraocular pressure on the ocular blood flow.METHODS We established the acute high intraocular pressure model(IOP)by the perfusion of anterior chamber,making the IOP as 40 mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa).Microspheres technique was used to measure the blood flow of iris,sclera and choroid when IOP was normal and high at the time of 30 min,60 min,90 min and 150 min.RESULTS With the high IOP,the blood flow of iris was normal,while the blood flow of sclera and choroid were declined significantly(P<0.05),which were changed with the time prolonging(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS High intraocular pressure has the effect on the blood flow of sclera and choroid,different tissue has different reaction on the high IOP.
