探讨电子病案的管理

电子病案成为现代化病案管理的必然产物和必然趋势。文章提出在电子病案的管理中存在诸多问题。如缺乏统一标准、电子签名的可靠性、真实性易受质疑，有信息泄露和破坏的风险，以及医师责任心欠缺等问题。针对这些问题，应完善相关法规、制定电子病案统一标准，加强医护人员安全教育和病案质量培训，提高硬件设施等措施，保障电子病案的顺利实施。

A Discussion on Management of Electronic Medical Records

Electronic medical record has been an inevitable trend of modernized medical record management.This paper puts forward that there are some problems existing in management of electronic medical records,for example,lack of unified standard,the reliability and authenticity of electronic signature are easily questioned,the risk of information are leaked and destroyed and lack of responsibility of doctors.Aiming at these problems,we should perfect related laws and regulations,establish unified standard of electronic medical records,reinforce safety education and of medical staffs and medical records quality training and improve hardware equipment for guaranteeing the smooth implement of electronic medical records.
