| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨强制性应用作业疗法对急性脑卒中患者上肢运动功能影响。方法:102例脑卒中偏瘫患者分成治疗组(52例)和对照组(50例)研究,治疗组除接受临床药物治疗,同时加入作业疗法强制性训练。结果:两组患者于1个月、3个月后比较上肢、手功能指数及ADL得分,差异有显著性(P<0.05;P<0.01)。结论:强制性应用作业疗法对脑卒中患者运动功能、日常生活活动能力、早期恢复具有良好促进作用。 |

| Abstract: | objective: To study the effete of forced occupation therapy on motor function of hands in hemiplegics after stroke.Methods: 102 patients were divided into two groups rehabilitation group(52 cases) and control group(50 cases) Patients in two group were given clinical treatment and patients in the rehabilitation were given OT.Results: After one-month and three-month therapy.The process of scores in the rehabilitation group were obviously superior to that in the control group.Conclusion: Forced occupation therapy on hemiplegics after stroke may improve motor function,ADL. |
