社区免费服药精神分裂症患者治疗前后对照研究

目的：研究免费抗精神病药物治疗对社区贫困精神分裂症患者症状改善和功能恢复的影响。方法：106例社区中精神分裂症患者实施免费抗精神病药物治疗,并于治疗前后运用简明精神病评定量表（BPRS）评定患者的精神症状、社会功能缺陷筛选量表（SDSS）评定患者的社会功能,并进行对比分析。结果：与治疗前比较,106例患者在治疗3、6和12个月时BPRS和SDSS总分及各因子分均逐步下降（P〈0.01）,患者的精神症状及社会功能缺陷明显改善（P〈0.01）。结论：免费抗精神病药物治疗对社区贫困精神分裂症患者症状改善和功能恢复起到明显效果。

Curative Effects of Patients with Schizophrenia before and after the Community Free Treatment

Objective： To investigate the effects of free antipsychotics treatment for the community on improving symptoms and recovering social function of patients with schizophrenia. Methods： Free antipsychotics treatment was performed on 106 cases of schizophrenia in the community. The brief psychiatric rating scale （BPRS） and social disability screening scale （SDSS） were used to assess the social function of patients with schizophrenia. Results： After treatment for 3 months, 6 months, and one year, the psychiatric symptoms were alleviated and social functions all had a significant improvement （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Free antipsychotics treatment has significant effects upon the symptoms alleviation and social function improvement of patients with schizophrenia in the community.
