| 摘 要： | 目的：观察克林霉素磷酸酯凝胶治疗痤疮的疗效。方法：痤疮１５４例随机分成３组，克林霉素磷酸酯凝胶１０４例，其中试验组５０例（男性１３例，女性 ３７例；年龄 ２３ ａ＋ ｓ ６ ａ），开放组 ５４例（男性 １３例，女性 ４１例；年龄 ２４ ａ＋ ７ ａ）。磷酸克林霉素洗液５０例为对照组（男性 １８例，女性 ３２例；年龄２６ ａ±７ ａ）。上述药物每日早晚各 １次涂于患部，疗程均 ４ ｗｋ。结果： ３组治疗后炎性丘疹、脓疱改善较治疗前差异有显著意义（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１）。试验组与对照组症状改善及疗效比较，差异无显著意义（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论：克林霉素磷酸酯凝胶治疗痤疮疗效佳。 |

| Abstract: | AIM: To observe the efficiency of clindamycin phosphate gel (CPG) in the treatment of acne. METHODS: One hundred and fifty-four patients with acne were randomly divided into 3 groups. In group Ⅰ (treated group), 50 Patients (M 13, F 37, age 23 a ± s 6 a) were treated with CPG, bid, in group Ⅱ (control group), 50 Patients(M 18, F 32, age 26 a ± 7 a) were treated with clindamycin phosphate topical lotion, bid, and in group Ⅲ (open group), 54 patients (M 13, F 41, age 24 ± 1 7 a) were treated with CPG, bid. RESUTIS: The improvement of symptoms in 3 groups after treatment were move evident than that before treatment (P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01 ). No significant differences were found between group Ⅰ and Ⅱ (P > 0. 05 ). CONCLUSION: CPG is an effective drug in treating acne. |
