摘    要:血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)属于血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)家族成员,是迄今为止发现的第一个淋巴管生成因子,通过与其受体血管内皮生长因子受体3(VEGFR-3)结合后,主要参与肿瘤的淋巴管生成和区域淋巴结转移。VEGFR-3是VEGF-C在淋巴管内皮细胞上较特异的受体,对淋巴管生成发挥重要作用。胚胎时期表达于小静脉及淋巴管,成年后,仅限制表达于淋巴管内皮细胞,可作为成人淋巴管内皮细胞的标志物。本文将对VEGF-C、VEGFR-3的结构、功能及在食管癌淋巴转移中的作用及研究现状予以综述。

Abstract:VEGF-C is a member of VEGF family ,found to the first growth factor promoting lymphangio- genesis so far, and mainly promotes lymphangiogenesis around tumors and regional lymph node metastasis by binding with its receptor VEGFR-3 specifically on lymphatic endothelial cells. VEGFR-3 is a comparatively special receptor of VEGF-C ,playing an important role in the lymphangiogenesis. It is expressed both in the vennles and lymphatic vessels in embryo. However, in adulthood, VEGFR-3 is only expressed in the lymphat- ic endothelium. Thus,it can be applied as a marker differentiating lymphatic from vascular vessels in adult. This articles reviews the structure and function of VEGF-C and its receptor VEGFR-3 and their function on lymphatic metastasis of esophagus cancer.
