| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声检查对胃间质瘤的诊断意义。方法先后采用AlokaSSD620型、650型超声诊断仪及PhilipsHDI5000型彩色多普勒超声诊断仪,在空腹和充盈状态下,观察胃部声像图。结果超声诊断胃间质瘤9例,其中胃底部4例、胃体高位前壁1例、胃体大弯侧1例、胃体胃窦大弯侧2例、胃窦小弯侧1例,8例单发、1例多发,7例腔内型、2例壁间型;为胃黏膜下肿瘤,以类圆型为主,与周围组织境界清楚,呈均质低回声。结论超声对胃间质瘤定位、定性诊断具有重要临床意义。 |
