矿泉疗养因子对飞行员脑血流影响的研究

目的通过观察疗养期间飞行员大脑中动脉的血流变化,评价自然疗养因子矿泉等综合作用对脑血管反应的影响。方法选取36名健康男性疗养飞行人员作为受试者,随机平均分为3组,对照组、矿泉浴组、矿泉游泳组,分别于实验前后记录大脑中动脉血流参数。结果矿泉游泳组和矿泉浴组双侧大脑中动脉的平均血流速度(Vm)和最大血流速度(Vs)实验前后相比有显著性提高(P0.05),对照组及各组间对比无显著性变化。结论自然疗养因子矿泉游泳和矿泉浴两种方法均可提高脑血流速度,增加脑血液循环。

The effect of mineral spring convalescent factors on cerebral blood flow of pilots

Objective To observe the change of cerebral blood flow and to evaluate the effect of mineral spring convalescent factors on cerebrovascular reactivity in pilots.Methods 36 healthy male pilots were randomly divided into three groups：spa bath group, spa swimming group and control group.Blood flow parameters of middle cerebral artery were recorded before and after experi- ment.Results The mean blood flow velocity（Vm）and maximum blood flow velocity（Vs）in bilateral middle cerebral arteries after experiment were significantly higher than those before experiment（P〈0.05）in the spa bath group group and spa swimming group.There was no significant difference of these parameters between the two groups.The control group had no significant changes.Conclusion Both convalescent factors such as spa bath and spa swimming can improve cerebral blood flow and increase cerebral blood circulation.
