胚脑神经肽Y的免疫组织化学研究

摘    要:
通过免疫组织化学方法观察胚胎大鼠脑组织神经肽Y的分布与含量变化。结果:大脑皮质在胚胎第20天出现神经肽Y,丘脑和下丘脑在胚胎第14天开始出现神经肽Y,并随着胎龄增加而显著增加,脑干从胚胎第14天开始出现神经肽Y,并在胚胎第18天达到最高峰,胚胎小脑未见神经肽Y阳性反应。本文对神经肽Y与筛选中枢神经移植供体最佳胎龄的关系做了探讨

Abstract:
The distribution and content alternation of NPY in the fetal rat brain was studied immunohistochemically.In the cerebral cortex, NPY was first detected at E 20 ,while in the thalamus and hypothalamus, at E 14 . The NPY density increased with the development of the thalamus and hypothalamus. In brainstem, however, NPY was detected at E 14 and reached the highest level at E 18 .The positive NPY reaction was not detected in the cerebellum of fetal rat. The relationship between NPY and selection of the best fetal age of neurotransplant was discussed.
