糖尿病周围血管病变对周围神经病变的影响

摘    要:目的:通过临床资料的综合分析,探讨糖尿病(DM)患者周围血管病变与周围神经病变(DPN)的关系。方法:122例糖尿病患者按下肢血管病变情况分为有血管病变组(A组)和无血管病变组(B组),均用单尼龙丝法检测足部浅表触觉,用极限(limit)法检测双足部的振动觉,用温度感受器检测足部温度觉,并对2组的结果进行比较。结果:A组的振动觉阈值明显高于B组,在温度觉异常和第一趾浅表触觉异常发病率上,A组亦明显高于B组。结论:有周围血管病变的糖尿病患者周围神经病变的发病率更高。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the relations between diabetic peripheral vasculopathy and diabetic peripheral neuropathies(DPN).Methods:One hundred and twenty-two diabetic patients were divided into vascular disease group(A)and non-vascular disease(B)group according to the vascular diseases of lower limbs.Superficial touch sensation was detected by single nylon wire,vibration sense by limit method and temperature sense by thermoreceptor respectively in feet regions.The results of two groups were compared.Results:The vibration threshold in group A was significantly higher than in group B.The rate of temperature sense abnormity and the superficial touch sensation abnormity on the first toe in group A was also remarkably higher than that in group B.Conclusion:The incidence of peripheral neuropathies is higher in diabetic patients with peripheral vasculopathy.
