中西医结合治疗中风后偏瘫的临床远期观察

目的观察中西医结合治疗中风后偏瘫的临床远期疗效。方法选取我院收治的100例中风偏瘫患者，随机分为实验组和对照组，每组各50例。对照组行常规西医治疗，实验组在常规治疗基础上联合使用针灸及中药治疗。比较两组患者痉挛改善情况、Barthel指数及Fugl—Meyer评分情况。结果实验组四肢痉挛改善情况明显优于对照组沪〈0．05）；两组患者Barthel指数和Fu甜一Meyer评分均明显优于治疗前（P〈O．05）；实验组治疗后Barthel指数和Fugl—Meyer评分情况明显优于对照组（P〈O．05）。结论中西医结合疗法能有效改善中风后偏瘫患者肌张力，增强四肢运动功能，降低致残率，值得临床推广使用。

Long-term clinical observation of integrative traditional Chinese and Western medicine for hemiplegia secondary to stroke

Objective To observe the long-term efficacy of integrative traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of hemiplegia secondary to stroke. Methods 100 patients with hemiplegia were divided into a control group and a study group, 50 for each group. The control group received conventional Western therapy; while the study group received acupuncture and Chinese medicine in addition to routine treatment. Improvement in spasm, Barthel index, and Fugl-Meyer score were compared between the two groups. Results The study group was superior to the control group in improvement in lower limb spasm （P〈O.05）; Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer scores were significantly improved in both groups after treatment （P〈O.05）; Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer scores were significantly better in the study group than in the control group （P〈O.05）. Conclusiaus Integrative traditional Chinese and Western medicine can effectively improve muscle tension in patients with hemiplegia, enhance limb motor functions, and reduce disability. It is worth popularizing clinically.
