| 摘 要： | 目的研究分析优质护理与功能制护理对产妇分娩方式的影响。方法200例产妇采用优质护理服务模式为观察组，200例产妇采用功能制护理模式为对照组，观察产妇在两种护理模式下所选择的分娩方式例数并进行对比。结果两组产妇顺产和剖宫产例数对比差异具有显著性（P〈O．05）。结论优质护理服务模式能够有效降低产妇剖宫产率，此外还具有功能制护理模式所无法比拟的优点，值得推广和应用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study and analyze the impact of quality nursing and functional nursing on mode of delivery. Methods 200 pregnant women received high-quality nursing care （study group） and the other 200 pregnant women received functional nursing （control group）. Selection of mode of delivery was compared between the two groups, Results The number of women who received vaginal delivery or Cesarean section eases differed significantly between the two group （P〈0.05）. Concluaitons High-quality nursing care can effectively reduce rate of Cesarean section rate and has more advantages than functional nursing. It is worth popularizing. |
