腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗急性阑尾炎临床疗效对比观察

目的对比观察腹腔镜下阑尾切除术和传统开腹阑尾切除术治疗急性阑尾炎的疗效。方法将2009年6月至2011年7月我院接诊治疗的168例急性阑尾炎患者随机分为腹腔镜组和传统开腹组，每组84例，术后评估两组疗效并观察两组患者的手术时间、肛门排气时间、术中出血量、并发症例数及手术切口大小。结果两组术后评估有效率无明显差异，腹腔镜组患者术后肛门排气时间、术中出血量、并发症例数及手术切口大小等存在明显优势，但手术时间较开腹组长。结论两种手术方法各具优势，但腹腔镜下阑尾切除术具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少等优点，是一种效果理想的疗法。

The efficacy of laparoscopic surgery versus that of open surgery for acute appendicitis

Objective To compare the efficacy of laparoscopic appendectomy and traditional open appendectomy for acute appendicitis. Methods 168 patients with acute appendicitis who had been treated during the period of June 2009 to July 2011 were randomly divided into laparoscopic appendectomy group and traditional open surgery group, 84 for each group. After surgery, the efficacy was assessed inthe two groups. Surgical duration, time to anal exhaust, intraoperative blood loss, number of patients with complications, and surgical incision sizes were observed. Results The efficacy did not differ significantly between the two groups. Laparoscopic appendectomy group was markedly superior to traditional open surgery group in time to anal exhaust, blood loss, number of patients with complications, and incision sizses, but surgical duration was longer. Conclusiond Both surgical procedures have their own advantages. Laparoscopic appendectomy is less invasive and has quicker recovery and fewer complications. It is an ideal procedure.
