| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经阴道超声在孕早期（11～14周）胎儿结构异常筛查中的应用价值。方法选取我院2009年1月至2012年12月收治的孕周在11～14周有高危妊娠史的孕妇110例，全部采用经阴道超声（TVS）进行胎儿畸形筛查，对异常胎儿追踪观察，部分引产病例进行尸检。结果110例受检孕妇中，检出胎儿结构异常20例，追踪结果均与经阴道超声检查结果相符。结论经阴道超声在孕早期（11—14周）胎儿结构异常筛查中具有重要的临床意义，能早期发现胎儿结构异常。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the application value of transvaginal ultrasound （TVS） in fetal anomalies screening at first trimester （11-14 weeks）. Methods 110 pregnant women at 11 -14 weeks of gestation in our hospital from January 2009 to December 2012 were examined by TVS, follow up the anomaly cases and postmortem the induced labor cases. Results There were 20 cases of fetal anomalies diagnosed by TVS in 110 cases of fetal, follow-up results consistant with TVS results. Conclusion TVS has clinical significance in detection of fetal anomalies at first trimester. |
