| 摘 要： | 目的观察多索茶碱治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效。方法随机分为多索茶碱治疗组及一般治疗两组,分别采用多索茶碱及氨茶碱静滴,观察疗效。结果两组患者的疗效有显著差异（P〈0.05）。结论多索茶碱治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病优于氨茶碱,是氨茶碱安全有效的替代药,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the Doxofylline the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease clinical efficacy.Methods: were randomly divided into Doxofylline treatment group and the general treatment of the two groups,respectively Doxofylline and aminophylline infusion observed effect.Results: in the treatment group were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion: Doxofylline the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease than aminophylline,aminophylline is safe and effective alternative medicine,it is worth clinical application. |
