| 婴儿细菌性结膜炎的抗菌药物筛选 | |

| 摘 要： | 通过对２３５例婴儿细菌性结膜炎的病原菌及药敏试验，采用妥布霉素、庆大霉素、氧氟沙星眼液分组对照治疗观察。结果表明三种药物的总药敏度分别是８９．３９％、３９．３９％和６５．６６％。临床总有效率分别是９２．００％、５４．００％和７２．００％，总药敏度与临床总有效率基本一致。妥布霉素不仅广谱且抗菌作用最强，还发现有对绿脓杆菌作用突出的特点，其眼民适用于婴儿。 |

| Abstract: | Based on data of analysi of pathogens and sensitivity to antibiotics,effects of tobramycin,gentamycin and ofloxacin eyedrops on infantile bacterial conjunctivitis was observed,The results showed that the rate of total sensitivity to antibiotics was 89 39%,39 39% and 65 66%respectively,The rate of total clinical efficacy was 92 00%,54 00% and 72 00%,Which was in accord with the former.It has been demonstrated that tobramycin not only exerts effect of wide antibacterial spectrum but also is efficacious in infections of pseudomonas aeruginosa.Tobramycin eyedrops are suitable to be used in infant. |
