3H-1,2-二氢-1-吡咯里嗪酮衍生物的合成

摘    要:
实验证实3H-1,2二氢-1-吡咯里嗪酮(A)及5-(4-氯苯甲酰基)3H-1,2-二氢-1-吡咯里嗪酮(B)具有明显的抗炎镇痛作用。在此基础上,设计合成了A的12个Mannich碱衍生物C(1-12)及B的缩氨脲D1和肟D2,这14个化合物均未见文献报道。药理实验证明,这些化合物大多具有抗炎镇痛活性,其中化合物C1、C2、C3、C9活性最为显著。

Abstract:
H-1, 2-Dihydro-1-pyrrolizinone and 5-(4-Chlorobenzoyl) 3H-1,2 -dihydro-1-pyrrolizinone were found to have significant anti-inflammatory and analgesic action, Fourteen 1-pyrrolizinone derivatives were synthesized which had not been reported in the literature ever before. Pharmacological tests showed that most of them had remarkable anti-inflammatory and analgesic activities.
