肺癌辨证分型研究进展

中医药治疗肺癌的疗效已被肯定,但肺癌的中医辨证分型并未统一。随着现代医学的发展,肺癌的客观化研究不断深入,包括肺癌证型与病理分型、临床分期、免疫功能、肿瘤标志物的相关性,以及西医治疗对肺癌辨证分型的影响等。如果能制定统一的肺癌证候分类标准,同时引入更多现代研究方法,进一步将临床客观指标与肺癌证型相结合,建立规范化的中医肺癌诊疗体系,将有助于肺癌的中西医诊断及治疗。

Progress in syndrome differentiation of lung cancer

The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)on lung cancer has been confirmed,but the TCM syndrome differentiation of lung cancer has not been unified.With the development of modern medicine,the objectification of lung cancer has been deepened,including the correlation between lung cancer syndrome type and pathological classification,clinical stage,immune function,tumor markers,and influence of western medicine treatment on lung cancer syndrome differentiation and classification.If unified classification standard of lung cancer syndrome can be formulated,and more modern research methods can be introduced to further combine clinical objective indicators with lung cancer syndrome types,establish standardized diagnosis and treatment system of traditional Chinese medicine for lung cancer,it will be conducive to diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer by traditional Chinese and western medicine.
