前列地尔治疗高龄糖尿病并慢性肾脏病患者的临床效果和安全性分析

目的分析前列地尔治疗高龄糖尿病并慢性肾脏病患者的临床效果以及安全性。方法 100例高龄糖尿病并慢性肾脏病患者,采用随机颜色球抽取法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗基础上给予前列地尔治疗。比较两组患者血肌酐、尿素氮、24 h尿蛋白定量、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、空腹血糖水平及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组血肌酐、尿素氮、24 h尿蛋白定量分别为(165.54±30.55)μmol/L、(14.25±2.22)mmol/L、(1.44±0.24)g,均低于对照组的(202.36±33.59)μmol/L、(16.25±2.36)mmol/L、(1.89±0.25)g,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、空腹血糖水平均低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组均未出现不良反应。结论前列地尔治疗高龄糖尿病并慢性肾脏病患者效果显著,安全性较高。

Clinical effect and safety analysis of alprostadil in the treatment of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and chronic kidney disease

Objective To analyze the clinical effect and safety of alprostadil in the treatment of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and chronic kidney disease. Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and chronic kidney disease were divided into observation group and control group by random color ball extraction method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated by conventional therapy, and the observation group was treated by alprostadil on the basis of conventional therapy. The levels of serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, 24-h urinary protein quantification, triglycerides, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, fasting blood glucose and occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Results The levels of serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, 24-h urinary protein quantification of the observation group were(165.54±30.55) μmol/L,(14.25±2.22) mmol/L and(1.44±0.24) g, which were lower than those of the control group(202.36±33.59) μmol/L,(16.25±2.36) mmol/L and(1.89±0.25) g, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The levels of triglycerides, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and fasting blood glucose of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol level was higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). During the treatment, no adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusion Alprostadil shows remarkable effect in the treatment of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and chronic kidney disease with high safety.
