新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下医院静脉用药调配中心外送药品防护对策探讨

目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)疫情下医院静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)外送药品的防护对策。方法根据国家有关疫情防控法规文件、指南制订医院疫情防控管理措施,从人员培训、人员防护、环境消毒、外送交接等环节严格落实。采取控制院内人员流动、设立发热专区等院内疫情防控举措;加强人员疫情防控培训,明确人员职责与定位,严控医用防护物资等防控管理和教育;加强PIVAS人员防护管理,环境、设施分级消毒和优化外送交接流程,强化外送人员个人防护,做好外送交接后消毒处理,尽量减少退药。结果与结论在确保药品安全、及时、有效调配外送的基础上,PIVAS外送药品防护对策更好地保障了PIVAS药品和外送工作人员的安全,且避免了消毒物资浪费。

Protective Measures for Delivering Drugs of Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services in Our Hospital During the Coronavirus Disease 2019 Epidemic

Objective To investigate the protective measures of delivering drugs of pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS)in our hospital during the coronavirus disease 2019.Methods According to the relevant national laws and regulations and guidelines on epidemic prevention and control,t he hospital epidemic prevention and control management measures were formulated,and they were strictly implemented from the aspects of personnel training,personnel protection,environmental disinfection,delivery and handover.Measures to control the flow of people in the hospital and set up special fever zone and other prevention and control measures were taken,personnel epidemic prevention and control training was strengthened,personnel responsibilities and positioning were clarified,the prevention and control management and education of medical protective materials and others were strictly controlled,the protection management of PIVAS personnel,the hierarchical disinfection of environment and facilities were strengthened,the delivery and handover process were optimized,the personal protection of the delivery personnel was strengthened and the disinfection was done well after delivery and handover to minimize the drug withdrawal.Results and Conclusion On the basis of ensuring the safety,timeliness and effectiveness of drug distribution and delivery,t he protective measures for drug delivery of PIVAS can better ensure the safety of the delivery of drugs and personnel in PIVAS,and avoid the waste of disinfection materials.
