早期开四关法治疗缺血性卒中后感觉障碍临床研究

目的:观察早期应用开四关法对缺血性卒中后感觉障碍的临床疗效。方法:将62例急性缺血性卒中后感觉障碍患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。两组患者均给予西医常规治疗、普通针刺治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用开四关法。治疗后观察两组的临床疗效、神经功能缺损、感觉症状及日常生活能力的改变情况。结果:治疗组总有效率93.55%,高于对照组87.10%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分均有所下降,且治疗组较对照组各项分值均低,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组患者Fugl-Meyer评分均较治疗前升高,且治疗组Fugl-Meyer评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:急性缺血性卒中患者在接受早期开四关治疗后,临床症状、感觉障碍程度、神经功能缺损等均有所改善。

Clinical study on treatment of sensory disturbance after ischemic stroke by early Kaisi Guan

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of early application of Kaisi Guan on sensory disorders after ischemic stroke.Methods:62 patients with sensory disturbance after acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.Two groups were given conventional treatment of western medicine,ordinary acupuncture treatment, the treatment group in addition to Kaisi Guan.After treatment,the clinical efficacy,neurological impairment,sensory symptoms and the changes of daily living ability of the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.55% higher than that in the control group 87.10%,difference statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)in the two groups were decreased, and the scores of treatment group were lower than those in the control group,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).Fugl-Meyer score in the two groups were higher than before treatment,and Fugl-Meyer score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical symptoms,degree of sensory impairment and neurological impairment were improved after early treatment in patients with acute ischemic stroke.
