推拿治疗围绝经期综合征研究进展

围绝经期综合征是特定阶段影响中年女性身心健康和生活质量的常见疾病,推拿作为一种非药物、安全性高的绿色疗法,已成为临床治疗围绝经期综合征的有效方法之一。大量的研究表明,推拿通过刺激人体体表特定部位,调节下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴的功能,明显改善围绝经期综合征的相关症状。现对推拿治疗围绝经期综合征相关文献进行分析总结,从单纯推拿到推拿联合针刺、推拿联合中药等综合疗法进行多方面综述,以期为临床治疗提供理论参考。

Advances of research on massage for peri-menopausal syndrome

Perimenopausal syndrome is a common disease that affects the physical and mental health and quality of life of middle-aged women at a specific stage.Tuina,as a non-drug and highly safe green therapy,has become one of the effective methods for clinical treatment of perimenopausal syndrome.A large number of studies have shown that by stimulating specific parts of the human body surface,massage regulates the function of the hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian axis,and significantly improves the symptoms of perimenopausal syndrome.This article analyzes and summarizes the literature on the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome by massage,and summarizes the comprehensive treatments from massage alone to massage combined with acupuncture and massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine in order to provide theoretical references for clinical treatment.
