香花桥社区102例脑卒中患者发病特点分析

目的 探讨香花桥社区脑卒中患者的发病特点，为制订本社区有效的健康干预方案提供依据。方法选取香花桥社区102例脑卒中患者，按年龄分为＜60岁组（n=32）和≥60岁组（n=70），以问卷方式由经统一培训的医师入户调查，并进行结果分析。结果 ＜60岁组的脑卒中患者，其吸烟、饮酒、从事中、重体力劳动的比例以及高脂血症患病率均高于≥60岁组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．01）；＜60岁组高血压病患者的规则用药比例明显低于≥60岁组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．01）。结论应加强社区中、青年人群慢性疾病相关知识的健康教育，倡导健康生活方式，降低脑卒中的发生率。

Analysis on onset characteristics of 102 cases of cerebral apoplexy patients in Xiang Huaqiao Community

Objective To probe into the onset characteristics of cerebral apoplexy patients and to provide base for formulating effective health intervention program in our community. Method 102 cases of cerebral apoplexy patients were divided into two groups according to their age selected from Xiang Huaqiao community. One group including 32 patients under age 60 and the other group including 70 patients aged 60 years and above. Inhome questionnaire investigation was carried out by Reneral practitioners who were trained in a unified way and the results were analyzed. Results In group〈60, the proportion of smoking, drinking wine, he engaged in middle degree or hard physical labor among all the objects and morbidity rate of hyperlipemia patients were higher than group ≥60, the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.01）; The rate of hypertensive with inerratic treat ment in group 〈60 lower than group≥60, the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Heahh education about the relative knowledge of chronic diseases should be enhanced in middle aged and young people of our community and healthy lifestyle also should be advocated in order to decrease the incidence of cere bral apoplexy.
