| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨冠心病（CHD）患者治疗前后血清IL-2、SOD和血浆ET-1水平的变化和意义。方法：应用放射免疫分析对65例CHD患者进行了血清IL-2、SOD和血浆ET-1检测（其中稳定型心绞痛30例,不稳定型心绞痛22例,急性心肌梗死13例,并以35名正常健康人作比较。结果：CHD患者在治疗前血清IL-2、SOD水平非常显著地低于正常人组（P〈0.01）,而血浆ET-1水平又非常显著地高于正常人组（P〈0.01）。经中西医结合治疗3个月后与正常人组比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论：血清IL-2、SOD和血浆ET-1水平的变化参与了CHD的发生与发展。
