| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the protective effect of total polysaccharides(TPC) isolated from 50% ethanol extract of Wuziyanzong in HepG2 cells injured by t-BHP.Methods Based on previous results,total polysaccharides isolated from WZ 50% ethanol extract were studied to confirm anti-cytotoxicity,anti-oxidative activity and anti-apoptosis.HepG2 cells were cultured in DEME medium and the cellular injury was induced by t-BHP.After treatment with TPC,the viability of cells was evaluated by MTT method.ROS and MDA we... |
