| 摘 要： | 目的科学综合评价实施临床路径的科室总体效益。方法本研究采用专家咨询法,系统、科学地综合评价临床路径实施后对科室产生的总体效应。结果建立临床路径实施后科室综合效益评价指标体系,并赋予一定的权重系数。结论构建的指标紧紧围绕业务与经济的综合指标评价,且从医疗效率、医疗质量、经济效果、患者负担及资源的利用几方面进行系统评价,反映科室的综合效益。

| Abstract: | Objective To comprehensively evaluate the overall benefits of department which implementing clinical pathway.Method Delphi method was used to evaluate the overall benefits.Results A comprehensive evaluating index system was established,and each index was given appropriate weight coefficient.Conclusions The index system including service and economy indexes can systematically evaluate the comprehensive benefit from medical quality,economic effectiveness,patient burden and resource utilization. |
