| 摘 要： | 目的探讨认知行为干预对慢性乙型肝炎患者心理健康水平的影响。方法将2009年1-12月在上海市第七人民医院感染科住院的122例慢性乙型肝炎患者按随机数字表法分为观察组(N=60)和对照组(N=62),对照组患者接受常规的护理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上给予认知行为干预;采用心理健康指数、慢性乙型肝炎知识水平量表来评价并比较两组患者的认知行为干预的效果。结果慢性乙型肝炎患者心理健康和认知水平偏低,经认知行为干预后其心理健康水平有明显的改善。结论认知行为干预能有效地提高慢性乙型肝炎患者的心理健康水平。
