鼻腔鼻窦血管瘤53例临床观察

利用不同止血方法切除鼻腔鼻窦血管瘤５３例，其中毛细血管瘤２９例，海绵状血管瘤１２例，混合型血管瘤１２例。表明，术前采用颌内动脉栓塞，术中采用控制性低血压可使出血减少；鼻腔中前段和鼻前庭血管瘤，采用无损伤血管钳阻断双侧上唇动脉血流，术中出血减少更明显

Chinic Observation of Hamorrhagia of the Nose and Nasal Sinuses in 53 Cases

This paper reports 53 cases of hemangiomactomy of the nose and nasal sinuses using different hemostosis. Twenty nine of them were capillary hemangioma, 12 were cavernous, and the other were mixed hemangioma. The results showed that preoperative embdigation of internal maxillary artery and controlling hypobloodpressure during operation could reduce the amount of hamorrhagia. The amount of bleeding during operation in the median frontal nasal cavity and nasal vestibule could significantly reduce by using harmoless vascular forceps controlling the bloodstream of double arteria libiatis superior.
